Dwelling / Real Property:
Benefit covers claims that arise due to accidental guest-caused damage to real property that pertains exclusively to the rented unit, including items such as:

  • Exterior Structure Walls
  • Frame
  • Roof
  • Non removable structural items such as furnace, plumbing, etc.

Liability / Lawsuits:

  • Liability / Lawsuit / Bodily Injury benefit covers liabilities & legal defense expense that arise against the property manager or homeowner due to 3rd party bodily injury.
  • Medical Payments benefit covers medical expenses that arise against the property manager or homeowner due to bodily injury.
  • Neighbors & Tenants Liability benefit covers damage for which the property manager or homeowner are contractually liable when the consequences of such damage spread to :
    • Premises of neighboring adjacent units
    • Tenant property in adjacent neighboring units Program not intended to replace annual homeowners, condo, and/or other commercial building insurance protection.
