- The purposes and processing associated with any such transfer will comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including, for all EU residents, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, if and where we participate in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s EU Privacy Shield (“Privacy Shield”). We are committed to ensuring that all Personal Information received from the EU in reliance on the Privacy Shield, is subject to the Principles. If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern in matters regarding EU residents.
