Travel Protection Purchase Eligiblity

Beginning April 24, 2020, the underwriters have implemented new eligibility requirements on the purchase of travel insurance.

  • Standard Travel Protection
    • Available for all US, Canadian, and International travelers
      • Excluded: EU residents
    • If trip arrival is 30 days or more before the check-in date, the policy can be purchased.
    • If trip arrival is less than 30 days before the check-in date, the policy must be purchased at the time of booking.
  • Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)
    • Available to US residents
      • Excluded: PR, NH, NY, WA residents
    • If trip arrival is 30 days or more before check-in date:
      • Can be purchased at the time of booking or within 15 days of booking
    • If trip arrival is less than 30 days, CFAR is not eligible for purchase
